It can be an opportunity to try out your physical limits, that often are just psychological hesitation, more easy to overcome than we think.
The game and the creativity with a careful technique will be the keys to approach aerobatics, (trapeze), acrobatic feat, juggling,  free dance and even to walk on the trampoline and dancing with the feet taking off  from the ground.
