Our format encourages participants to literally get their hands dirty: under the guidance of experts, groups learn to roll out fresh pasta and create ravioli, fettuccine, cavati, and other Italian specialties together. The experience also includes preparing the sauces and a dessert to finish, enjoyed together in complete relaxation.
