When pizza becomes a team-building experience

There's something magical about watching a group of people transform into a team around a dough of flour, water, and yeast. This is what happened during the "Pizza Acrobatica" Team Building event, an event that combined fun, tradition, and collaboration.

In the unique setting of La Carovana restaurant, among centuries-old olive trees and the ruins of ancient Rome, 120 participants from around the world gathered to share an authentically Italian experience. After a welcome aperitif, a champion pizza acrobaticist captivated the audience with a show of flying pizzas, acrobatics, and smiles.

Then, hands-on: guided by expert pizza chefs, the participants prepared their own pizzas, from kneading the dough to baking them in a wood-fired oven. Amidst music, laughter, and an open bar, the evening concluded with a special souvenir: a pizza chef's apron and hat, a symbol of a shared experience that goes beyond simple team building.
